Option 1: Cul-de-sacs, a lot sooner
Piopio Lane carried into the block with each cul-de-sac started a lot sooner, so the lots round each head are full sections. The reserve stays in the south, which departs from the ODP stormwater area.

Option 2: ODP green corridor
The stormwater land the Outline Development Plan maps along Comer Street and the west side becomes the reserve, a street faces it, and one connected loop serves the block.

Option 3: The crescent
One street leaves Comer Street, sweeps round a central green and basin, and returns. Larger lots outside the sweep, a row facing the green inside it.
